Iran Reportedly Test-Fires Long Range Missile Sejil 2

Sky news is reporting that Iran’s state run television is claiming to have successfully test-fired a long range, improved Sejil 2 missile. UK Prime Minister Gordon Brown immediately condemned the missile test and warned Iran it faced tougher sanctions.The move is likely to increase tensions with the West over Tehran’s nuclear ambitions.

The missile can reportedly hit targets 1,250 miles away – putting it in reach of Israel as well as US bases in the Gulf, and south-east Europe.

  • Um…who gets “concerned” and talks “sanctions” when the US, Russia or China test fire missiles?

    Ask yourself that. Why is Iran that concerning? They haven’t done anything…yet. Until they do, why the hubbub? And PLEASE, no phony and overwrought analogies to 9/11 or Pearl Harbor.

    Just think about that the REAL problem is. The whole world is meeting at this instant on “climate change” while the Mideast continues to heat up. Who’s setting the priorities?
