Terror Prevention Group Uses Former Oklahoma City Officers to Lead Training

The Oklahoma City-based Memorial Institute for the Prevention of Terrorism is using two former local police officers to spearhead its national training efforts.

Former Oklahoma City police Maj. Charles Allen and former city police inspector Ed Killebrew each retired from the department this year and soon thereafter moved to training positions at the institute.
