Al Qaeda’s second-in-command, Ayman al-Zawahiri slams President Obama and again threatens attacks in a new video posted on radical Islamist Web sites. The video follows the same, familiar pattern of rhetoric often seen in videos released by al-Zawahiri over the years.
Ayman al-Zawahiri uses the message to eulogize Ibn al-Sheikh al-Libi, an accused terrorist who said he was tortured into making a false connection between al Qaeda and Iraq.
