  • How about a factual show similar to “Rescue 911” where certain disaster scenarios are discussed, what the agency/jurisdiction did right, what they did wrong, best practices and discuss ways to do it better in the future. “Disaster Chronicles” would encompass a wide variety of both localized and multi-jurisdictional disaster scenes, how they were handled and maybe give the viewers some facts on the response and recovery efforts.

  • I would like to see a show where a society such as we have now-that is, very dependent on technology-has to deal with a nation wide EMP attack. What happens when modern communications cease to exist, there is no internet, no TV, no cell phones. Transportation comes to a grinding halt, no lights, no heat-geographically, which areas are prospering and adapting and which are utter chaos and destruction… Maybe it could focus on one main character being in NYC or LA and then trying to get across the country to “home” and the episodes could be based on what that person sees happening in different places. I dunno, but I think EMP is a very real threat and we are totally unprepared for it. Maybe this would wake some people up and realize this could literally put us back to the 18th century at any given moment, either by a nuke or a CME from the sun…
