Is this cause for concern? I’m not sure, perhaps it’s common in severe cases of H1N1 that have progressed into a severe pneumonia. We attempted to contact the Polk County Medical Examiner on Sunday and were told to call back on Monday.
Iowa has officially recorded 21 H1N1 deaths, including seven in Polk County alone.

Hemmorhagic? How is that possible with a flu strain? Both my son, who is 19, and myself were infected after I received a flu vaccine on SEpt 27, 2009. We are now just barely recovering. My son still shows some symptoms. However we both noticed that our lungs felt very heavy and our breathing was very impaired. I am now breathing much better, I feel as if I am fully recovered. My son’s breathing has gotten better also but he is still showing mild symptoms like it has not really gotten out of his system. I wonder if we have immunity to the strain now?
What causes the hemmorhagic part of the flu is the cytokine storm.

According to this article it is noted that 21 deths occured and many are effected still in the polk countries.There are articles that prove that more and more people are getting sick from H1N1 after they get their shot then are if they have not gotten a shot at all.
