Several news agencies and wire services are reporting that North Korea has threatened to use what it calls “nuclear deterrence” against the United States and South Korea, if the two nations go ahead with scheduled naval maneuvers beginning Sunday in the Sea of Japan.
North Korea’s official news agency said the nation’s army and people will start a “retaliatory sacred war” if the maneuvers are carried out.

If you judge them by their fruits in the past, they should be considered to be non-bluffers. They recently sank the South Korean ship, killing their personnel. Why wouldn’t they be taken seriously? Yet still, the exercises should continue. I wonder if the U.S. is purposely agitating N.K. Though. I am beginning to suspect the push of NWO.
Now THIS makes me just a little nervous. He is so crazy you do not know what will set him off if he feels offended. He denies his sub torpedoing the SC ship. It did not just happen by magic. Not sure how one goes about countering this.
