Pre Check expands to Las Vegas – US Airways

US Airways and McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas are the most recent participants in TSA’s Pre Check trusted passenger screening program, said TSA on Dec. 14.

McCarran International joins Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport and Los Angeles International Airport as one of the more recent airport additions to TSA’s expedited trusted traveler security screening program. Beginning in early 2012, said TSA Administrator John Pistole, US Airways passengers will also be able to participate in the program, which requires passengers to volunteer information about themselves prior to flying to potentially expedite their travel, said TSA.
