  • SOunds like hypoxia. But many questions have to be asked. Were the people who fainted smokers, did they exercise well in flight, did they consume adequate fluids onboard and before? had they rested well enough before flight. you are not supposed to sleep inflight for good health. Was the aircraft serviced in strict exact compliance with boeings reccomendations and not altered by the british company who serviced the plane and not altered in any way. But on any flight you are being deprived of oxygen and no artificial cabin pressure will ever be like true groud oxygen levels. if you are in flight na dclose you’re eyes you can feel a bobbing motion sensation in you’re head and it feel like you are rotating around inside you’re own head like a full motion simulator. Pilots often use oxygen masks on descent for safety & health reasons. This is why people are supposed to limit their flying time as it is for stric health reasons as flying every day long distance would probably kill you
