A man whose decapitated body was found in a Chandler Arizona apartment was allegedly killed in retaliation for stealing 400 pounds of pot from a Mexican drug trafficking organization.
The body of the man, Martin Alejandro Cota Monroy was found on the living room floor of his apartment on Oct. 9. His head was found on the floor several feet away.
