An Ottawa coroner has confirmed a package delivered Tuesday to the Conservative Party of Canadas headquarters in downtown Ottawa contained a human foot.Police removed the foot in a yellow bag during the early evening from the 12th floor of 130 Albert St. after a day-long investigation.
A HAZMAT team was called to the Conservative Party headquarters in Ottawa after what looked like blood was found on a package. Police called for the hazardous materials unit after they noticed what appeared to be blood on the package.
