The Scotsman reports politicians in Scotland are reportedly angered over reports that the Lockerbie bomber is having a three-story home built for him in Tripoli, which he is said to visit in a chauffeur-driven Lamborghini.
The report says construction on the property began six months ago, around a year after Abdelbaset Ali Mohmed al-Megrahi was released on the basis he only had three months to live.
