Six men were discovered bound in a car car near Chilpancingo, Guerrero Mexico next to a not that read “This will happen to all rapists, extortionists and kidnappers. Attentively, the New Cartel of the Sierra”.
Although the killings in Mexico do not come as a surprise, Mexican authorities are investigating the possible emergence of a new drug gang that appeared to take credit for the murders. Authorities had no previous knowledge of an organized crime group using this name.
