The New York City Police Department’s Counter Terrorism Bureau has sent out a reminder of signs of a suspicious package, after two packages ignited in separate Maryland government buildings on Thursday.
Among the signs of a suspicious package are no return address, a strange odor, stains on the the wrapper and protruding wires.
Do not touch a package if you think it is suspicious and call 911.
