Pakistan reportedly plans to bring terrorism charges against three men suspected of helping the failed Times Square bomber meet up with militant leaders, and send him money to carry out the attack.
The announcement marks the first time authorities here have formally acknowledged the arrest of the men who have been held since shortly after the bombing attempt in May of this year.
