Fox News and the Russian state RIA Novosti news agency says an explosion at Moscow’s busiest airport has killed at least 23 people and wounded 130.
The report cites says Monday’s explosion in the arrivals hall at Domodedovo Airport may have been caused by a suicide bomber.
