  • This “airman” in training at Sheppard Air Force Base was caught toting a shotgun. Details concerning the airman’s motive and intent haven’t been released. While it does not pertain to this incident, the article made me consider, that an “airman” who has access to an air force plane, might be recruited by Al-Qaeda for a terrorist mission.

  • This was a small incidence at SAFB. The airman in question is in therapy and the base will not say anything further to the press. The base shut down as soon as the airman was spotted and reopened a few hours later. This terror report does not mention when and how long the lock down was. Old news here in town.

SAFB is a great place. It is a huge base for training troops. There is a lot of security there, seen and unseen. When I am at SAFB I feel very safe.
