Five London-based Bangladeshi men in their twenties were on Monday arrested under Britain’s Terrorism Act for allegedly filming a nuclear reprocessing plant in Sellafield in Cumbria in northern England.
Prime Minister David Cameron urged Britain to remain vigilant against potential reprisals following the killing of al-Qaida leader Osama bin Laden in Pakistan by US forces.
Sellafield is a heavily guarded civil nuclear site, for many years a reprocessing plant, which is said to possess large stocks of plutonium.
