Terror Suspect’s Computer Shows Sports Stadiums, Fashion Sites

ABC News is reporting that law enforcement officials tell them a computer belonging to alleged al Qaeda suspect Najibullah Zazi showed he had researched baseball and football stadiums and sites used in the recent Fashion Week event in New York City.

Zazi, 24, had been scheduled to spend a fourth day today being questioned by the FBI but his lawyer, Arthur Folsom, canceled the session , according to the news report.

  • I wish that people would stop being so paranoid. In fact, we need to make sure that this fellow and his associates are treated with respect and fairly. It is as if the government is already convicting them. What happened to due process? And how is it that their privacy rights are being trampled? I hope the p[roper procedures regarding subpoenas and search warrants are being carried out. And why is no one asking why the government is monitoring the phone conversations of people in the United States?
