The National Weather Service issued a tornado warning for Queens and Brooklyn as a line of strong thunderstorms moved through New York City.The service issued the warning Saturday morning after radar detected a “strong rotation” in a band of severe weather sweeping across neighborhoods that included Kennedy and LaGuardia airports.
