A U.S. citizen was one of the three men who were found decapitated this week in Tijuana, Mexican authorities said Friday.
The body of George Harrison, a 38-year-old former Chula Vista resident, had been dismembered and mutilated and was dumped in a vacant lot near Tijuana’s beachside bullring.
OK maybe this guy was not on the up & up but hey lets send 900 million to the Palestinians ! I’m sure this kind of stuff is called entertainment where they come from!I’m sure that money isn’t needed on our border!
Only one thing will stop this viscious cycle of self-centred antisocial behaviour. People change. And that change is in the heart. People are willing to kill, mutilate and commit all manner of atrocities to get money. And people are willing to let that happen in order that they can get their favorite drug. We can lock up the criminals if we have the will. But we;ll never stop the demand as long as people seek escape from reality at such expense to themselves and others. Sure, we could legalize drugs. But it would do nothing to change the self interestedness and willingness to break the law at the heart of the criminals AND the users. So such would continue in one form or another, one substance or act or another. And we would also have a great big health and social bill like we do with alcohol and tobacco now.

If this happened anywhere else in the world(Iraq, for example) it would be national news and there would be outrage. Why is it treated differently when it happens in Mexico, which shares our border? Countless Americans are kidnapped, ransomed, then found dead every year in Mexico. Perhaps our neighbor to the south is not terribly friendly after all!
Tijuana has become infested with filth. The Mexican government is no match for the Cartel. It’s pretty safe to assume that country is being ran by the TEO and ARELANO DRUG CARTEL. Once in awhile you will hear about some mayor or public figure(ie….City Mayor Hugo Torres) claim they have secured their city. This is rarely true. It usually just means they have positioned themselves well and are in bed with the Cartel. Mr Hugo Torres, if you were really a reformist, there is no way you could/would walk the streets without an entourage of bodyguards to protect you from being killed. Obviously you are just another Mexican official bought and paid for by the filthy Cartel. STAY OUT OF MEXICO, IF YOU DON’T IT COULD COST YOU YOUR LIFE!!!!!!
