Police are saying that 43-year-old Mansor Mohammad Asad from Toledo, Ohio shouted “I want to kill all the Jews” on a flight from Miami, en route to Detroit. Officers quickly took Asad off the plane.
During a statement on Thursday, Miami-Dade police announced that Asad was arrested. He is now facing a number of charges, including disorderly conduct. Witnesses have mentioned that Asad claimed to be Palestinian during his announcement.

What “situation” is this?
Saying he “wants to kill all of the Jews” is NOT a threat. Wanting to do something and expressing an intention to actually do it are two different things. A threat would be “I’m going to kill all of the Jews”.
